About the job Client Success Executive

Work with the technical teams to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support.

Monitor Zendesk support queues to address any support tickets opened by users and following

up on pending items.

Provide prompt, efficient and detailed support to the customers for the software product.

Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Perform client onboarding and training post sales.

Prepare knowledge base support articles for new functionality introduced in applications.

Handle support phone calls and document problems to convey to the technical team.

Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership, and suggesting

innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience.
