  • Digital Marketing (Distribution & Analytics):
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Set up and maintain dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and ROI to ensure efficient ad spend.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Analyze marketing funnel data (e.g., acquisition, conversion, retention) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms to visualize and interpret data.
  • Product Marketing:
  • Understand product positioning and messaging to effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
  • Develop compelling product/feature launch campaigns and GTM strategies in close collaboration with product teams.
  • Take responsibility and ownership of carrying, maintaining, and recording product cadences for collaborative work.
  • Drive product adoption through targeted marketing initiatives and user education programs.
  • Sales Funnel Optimization:
  • Set up, configure, and optimize marketing and sales tools (e.g., CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, etc.).
  • Create sales enablement materials to align marketing and sales efforts to drive lead gen and growth through sales decks, product sheets, email templates, and social media posts.
  • Participate in and manage the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects originating from the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ship out partnered content and assist them in executing at industry events.
  • Implement lead prospecting and lead enrichment processes to improve the quality of sales-ready leads.
  • Technological Enablement:

  • Ensure seamless integration of tools with existing systems to streamline workflows.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend solutions to improve tool performance.
  • SEO:
  • Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with the content associate to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with target audience needs.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs etc. and adjust strategies accordingly.
