Job Description
Performance & Talent Management
Identifying critical workforce requirements (e.g., skills, competencies, and performance outcomes) necessary to achieve current and future business results
Managing performance review processes and tools (e.g., goal setting, performance evaluation and calibration, process, and results documentation, etc.)
Training team leaders to reinforce the importance of team member development, rewarding high performance, and addressing under performance
Assisting in linking individual and team performance results to rewards, promotions, and development opportunities
Training & Development
Analyzing employee learning needs and partnering with subject matter experts and business management to provide input for course content
Planning and coordinating skills assessments and training
Facilitating trainings and monitoring metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness
