  • Assist in coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, and participating in the decision-making process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.

    Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in technical recruitment
