MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Sprout's Brand Marketing Officer ensures brand integrity by guiding efforts across multiple channels, especially brand activations, PR, partnerships and employer branding.

TASKS:

  • Collaborate with the whole marketing team and stakeholders in content and distribution strategy planning

  • Create a comprehensive event and PR calendar based on marketing strategy

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative and creative activities that resonate with the target market, and result in lead acquisition/conversion.

  • Understand Sprout's target market and target audience; Be a voice of Sprout and be able to communicate "who we are" clearly

  • Handle all thought leadership events with the help of agencies and other internal channels to help sales and promote brand recognition

  • Maintain good working relationships with partners and support them with messaging direction

  • Work with agencies to ensure that PR strategies and best practices are executed in planning, creation and distribution of content

  • Delivers accurate and timely tracking reports according needed by the brand; Able to analyze brand activity metrics to adjust strategies needed

  • Ensures that Sprout's brand identity is aligned across all channels

  • Work closely with People Operations team in ensuring that Sprout's brand activities are promoted

  • Conduct competitor brand audits to ensure best practices are being used.









QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • A graduate of Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising/Media, or similar course.

  • At least 3 years of experience in a public relations or communications role

  • Team player, adaptive to high-pressure situations, a multi-tasker when needed, resilient, and has great passion to learn about different industries

  • Experienced in launching online and offline events

  • Can communicate effectively, verbally and in writing

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, can work under pressure and tight deadlines
