About the job Graphic Designer

MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

The primary responsibility of the Graphic Artist is to work on marketing, social media, branding, communications, digital assets, advertising campaigns, logo designs, digital artwork, events and much more.



TASKS:

  • Create various marketing assets including, but not limited to print and digital marketing, sales collateral, email, flyers, presentations, signage, brochures, proposals, social media concepts, and other mediums.

  • Represent the company through communicating a consistent brand image.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product, sales, and operations teams to produce elevated design solutions.

  • Help maintain an organized, online archive of all marketing materials.

  • Manage creative requirements, expectations and deadlines for all projects.

  • Infuse brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all marketing channels: includes look and feel for all consumer-facing creative implemented online, in print and across social media platforms.

  • Stay in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the design field.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company



QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Communications/Fine Arts or related discipline.

  • 5+ years of graphic/visual design experience preferably within a B2B software company.

  • A link to an online portfolio showcasing your work.

  • Experience building brand and visual systems.

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, G Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience with project management software such as Jira and Confluence a plus.

  • Experience with visual storytelling including illustration and animation.

  • Experience with video production, motion graphics & animation skills are a plus.

  • Self-starter, detail oriented, well organized, able to handle multiple projects at any given time and comfortable working in a startup with a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
