MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of Sprout’s Recruitment Manager is to manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment processes for Sprout’s hiring needs, employer branding, as well as successful onboarding of Sprout’s new hires.
TASKS:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and new hire onboarding procedures
- Maximize online and offline outbound recruitment activities for tapping into targeted pools of the best fit candidates
- Own and implement Sprout's Employer Branding initiatives, projects and programs
- Screen inbound candidate resumes and job applications
- Act as main point of contact for the candidate selection process, implementing consistent initiatives for the ideal candidate experience
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Conduct Background Investigations on candidates
- Conduct phone interviews to filter candidates; assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Prepare job offers and contracts for employment; processing of pre-employment requirements
- Orient and onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through forming connections with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners
- Form alliances and partnerships with schools and universities
- Have a solid database of applicants while ensuring data privacy
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Tracking of Recruitment Metrics such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and Cost-to-Hire, preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Develop role-based psychometric tests and interview scorecards
- Perform all other tasks deemed necessary by Management
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- Proven work experience in Recruitment and Employer Branding
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any other related course
- Excellent decision-making, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews and various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
- Tech-savvy and familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
