About the job Sales Operations Associate
OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for conducting sales operations on behalf of the organization.
Main duties include managing sales and creating reports for facilitating auditing and accounting. Additionally, he/she makes documents, creates presentations and complete spreadsheets to verify sales information. He/she should have strong leadership skills necessary to complete field and administrative tasks, as well as the communication skills necessary to interact with internal clients. He/she also helps in analyzing sales statistics and provides ideas to increase revenue and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze data, identify opportunities, and create reports and presentations
Partner with sales leaders to solve important strategic problems for the sales organization while driving revenue growth, improving sales productivity
Interact with internal clients, assisting them with all aspects of products and sales
Regularly attend sales workshops to stay up to date on market and industry trends and learn more sales skills to increment their efficiency
Manage business as usual sales operations tasks such as segmentation changes, quota updates, sales forecasting business reviews, etc
Execute, lead and scale important sales planning activities (i.e. sales segmentation planning, headcount planning, sales target setting)
Build and maintain analytical models that cater to specific areas of sales planning and operations
Manage important stakeholder relationships with the sales organization and other cross functional teams
Participate in and/or lead projects dealing with optimizing operations and maximizing sales
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters Degree in Business, Economics Finance or other related fields
1-3 years experience in this role or equivalent to analytics management experience
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel: expertise in data analysis and financial modeling
Ability to leverage numbers and insights to drive sound decision making
Strong organizational skills and extremely high attention to detail
Comfort with ambiguity: ability to take a high-level question, break down an approach, build a work plan, and execute
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently interact with colleagues at all levels
Proficient in SQL or related programming languages
Proficient in Tableau or Power BI
Proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Hand on experience in using Salesforce or Hubspot CRM Platform
Professional working experience in related functional area (i.e. Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics)
