As Head of Revenue Operations, you are responsible for a high-performing sales enablement team in increasing and enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness through the creation and implementation of innovative, long-term, sales solutions that meet client acquisition and growth goals and deliver strong returns on investment. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual who can conceptualize, design, and execute programs end-to-end.

Partnering with revenue-generating departments, you will be fully responsible for building, scaling, and managing a Sales Operations and Enablement function from the ground up to support a sales organization in hyper-growth mode.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Owning the overall strategic responsibility for Sprout’s Sales Operations, Analytics, and Enablement function

  • Leading initiatives as needed to drive revenue strategies forward with executives, peers, and key stakeholders while fostering close, cooperative relationships with these individuals

  • Providing leadership to Sales Operations, Analytics, and Enablement resources

  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate success, ensuring that sales enablement KPIs are clearly defined, tracked, and reported

  • Track the success of all sales enablement efforts through both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to continuously improve initiatives

  • Partner with Product Marketing in performing ongoing competitor and market analysis to make recommendations to Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership in an effort to optimize GTM strategy

  • Driving the adoption of sales processes, methodologies, and sales tools through onboarding new employees and reinforcing them throughout the organization

  • Oversee execution of the strategy set forth by sales enablement team, ensuring all programs elevate the mission and vision of the sales enablement function

  • Ensure team members have clarity of purpose, necessary resources and tools, and an environment conducive to diversity of thought, innovation, and personal/professional growth

  • Introduce changes to process and technology to deliver strategic value to revenue-generating departments


Desired Skills and Experience


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant sales operations and enablement experience;

  • Minimum of 3 years of management/leadership experience

  • Some startup and SaaS experience required

  • Experience with Hubspot management and processes is a plus

  • Leader with an analytical and collaborative orientation; can think strategically and drive operational excellence

  • Experience building effective sales onboarding, training, and coaching programs

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, gritty, and has an aptitude for problem-solving and reducing complexity to simplicity.

  • Ability to forge relationships across internal organizations and build consensus amid competing priorities
