MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The People Operations Manager will assist in leading the People Operations team to carry out Human Resources operational activities. The role requires experience in the Human Resources/People Operations function. The role also requires interaction with our clients, so some experience on this front would be beneficial.

TASKS:

  • Develop and implement innovative HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and vision of the company

  • Assist in establishing and implementing company policies

  • Manage the recruitment, selection and onboarding process

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

  • Spearhead compensation and benefits program for the company

  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

  • Become the ultimate power user of the Sprout platform

  • Represent Sprout Solutions in HR communities, events, etc. and and build relationships within the industry

  • Nurture a positive and AGILE working environment

  • Assist the Head of People Operations to lead the People Operations team

  • Ensure that the team is running operations in a seamless manner

  • Assist in any Human Resources initiatives as needed

  • Monitor and report on the operational KPIs

  • Look for ways to improve the operational processes

  • Coordinate with other departments

  • Perform other duties assigned by the company


QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, organization development, training or related talent planning field, preferably in a creative environment

  • Must be able to provide creative solutions and unique approaches to HR/business challenges

  • Must be an authentic thought partner with confidence and courage to push boundaries

  • Proven knowledge of HR industry best practices, policies, and DOLE standards

  • Strong integration and strategic planning skills

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to communicate and work well with a agile millennial-driven environment

  • Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to help drive business results

  • Proven ability to manage conflict and the courage to challenge organizational thinking

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences
