About the job Digital Marketing Associate
MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Associate to work on key areas such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.
You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and the entire Growth Team to create and execute a completely integrated digital marketing strategy for Sprout Solutions.
TASKS:
Familiarize and work towards being the digital “expert” for Sprout Solutions;
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Coordinate and work collaboratively with the different company departments, agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners;
Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels. Conduct comprehensive marketing researches about competitors performances, customer behaviour, etc.;
** Frequency:
-1 digital media trend every week to share to weekly report every Monday
-Keep track of competitor's email behavior
-Keep track of competitor's media buying behavior
Email marketing: Develop, strategize and create all email campaigns. Track key metrics per campaign objective and categorize content into buckets to create daily PCRs (post-campaign reports);
** Frequency:
Email campaigns - at least 4 emails across all email segments per week
Sprout standards for email:
-20.94 % Open rate
-1.32 % Average click-through rate
-6.31 % Average click-to-open rate
-0.30 % Average unsubscribe rate

Digital media buying: Create, oversee, strategize and manage different objectives per campaigns and platforms. Track key metrics and create daily PCRs (post-campaign reports);
** Frequency:
Facebook sponsored ads - at least 4 active campaigns per month
-At least 4% CTR across all campaigns
Linkedin ads -exploratory
Google ads - exploratory
Youtube ads - exploratory
Affiliate ads - exploratory
Website: Develop and manage the organization’s website and revamp the website's content. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports. Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate and fix any errors or bugs within the site;
** Frequency:
-at least 60% and below bounce rate
-at least 50 seconds average session duration
May be assigned to handle new projects from time to time or if the need arises;
-Social media posts
Other related digital marketing support, communication, and tasks that may be required from time to time
-Onboarding "Sprout U"
Perform other duties as assigned by the company
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
Must have crisp English writing skills
Social media savvy - must be familiar with major social media networks, including SlideShare and Quora
Must know SEO (and willing to learn more and be trained
Tech-savvy - must be quick to learn various tools because you’ll be using a lot of them
Blogging (active or past), is a PLUS
Photoshop / design ability is a PLUS but not required
Must be willing to learn new things and be trained
