Digital Marketing Officer

Main Area of Responsibility:

Sprout's Demand Marketing Officer manages demand generation campaigns that nurture leads from various channels. They use their expertise to launch into new markets, engage with current customers, and strategize how to market services and products. Main channels handled are email, SMS and other messaging platforms, multi-channel paid acquisition and internal lead gen team.

Duties:


  • Collaborate with the whole marketing team and stakeholders in content and distribution strategy planning

  • Create a comprehensive campaign calendar based on marketing strategy

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative and creative campaigns that resonate with the target market and result in lead acquisition or conversion

  • Be the digital expert of Sprout and be able to deploy campaigns that create demand leads

  • Understand Sprout's target market and target audience

  • Evaluate demand marketing data and analyze metrics in order to improve campaign strategy and targeting

  • Handle all digital acquisition campaign creation with the help of agencies and other internal channels to help sales and promote brand recognition

  • Work with agencies to ensure that best-in-class paid acquisition practices are executed in planning, creation and distribution of campaigns

  • Handle all Sprout's email and direct messaging platforms for lifecycle marketing

  • Conduct competitor audit to ensure best practices are being used.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the company.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or in other related field

  • At least one years experience in digital marketing.

  • Experience in creating email marketing, PPC, SMS campaigns.

  • Possess good understanding of web analytics and industry standards in digital marketing

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to handle budget management and pay per click advertising

  • Ability to communicate excellently both in written and verbal forms

  • Possess top class Internet proficiency

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver top quality jobs consistently

  • Ability to complete tasks and responsibilities independently with limited or no supervision at all

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Analytics, and email tools such as - Mailerlite and alike.
