JOB SUMMARY

Sporticulture is a sports licensing and consumer products company that designs and distributes officially licensed merchandise for major sports leagues — including the NFL, MLB, NHL, and collegiate programs. Our product portfolio spans home décor, seasonal décor, crafts, novelty items, lighting, garden décor, and horticulture-inspired fan merchandise, distributed through premier retail partners such as Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Fanatics, Target, and other national retailers.

We are seeking 3 AI Implementors to design and deploy AI-driven workflows that improve efficiency across operations, retail execution, product workflows, and internal systems. This is an execution-focused role — not research or model development. You will translate real operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable impact.

This role is highly suited for a developer-minded professional, preferably with experience working within Microsoft infrastructure (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform), who can bridge technical implementation with business workflows.

You will also play a key role in building and maintaining an internal company knowledge base and developing AI agents that support various departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for AI automation across business operations and retail workflows
  • Implement AI tools to eliminate manual and repetitive processes
  • Design and deploy automated workflows using AI platforms
  • Integrate AI solutions into retail, inventory, and content systems
  • Collaborate with leadership to scale AI adoption across departments
  • Build and manage a centralized company knowledge base using AI-enabled tools
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to support internal workflows and decision-making

Additional Responsibilities

  • Develop reusable prompt systems and AI workflow templates
  • Build automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Assist in business process mapping and redesign for AI integration
  • Evaluate AI tools and recommend optimal business applications
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency through AI-driven solutions
  • Work within Microsoft ecosystems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, Azure AI) to deploy scalable solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business workflows into AI solutions
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with a focus on execution and delivery
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced, concurrent environments
  • Developer or technical background with hands-on implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ChatGPT, OpenAI APIs, or other automation platforms
  • Background in consumer products, retail, or e-commerce operations
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
  • Basic technical or scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple business teams
  • Experience working within Microsoft infrastructure (Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform
  • Experience building knowledge bases or internal documentation systems
  • Experience developing or deploying AI agents or copilots within business environments
