We are seeking a Web Content Editor with a strong focus on Quality Assurance to ensure our website content meets the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for meticulously reviewing, editing, and managing website content to maintain brand consistency and optimize the user experience. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure all published content is error-free, well-structured.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all website content, ensuring accuracy, grammar, formatting, and brand consistency.
  • Edit and proofread content to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, or broken links before publication.
  • Monitor website updates to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements.
  • Work with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) to upload, edit, and manage content.
  • Identify and report website bugs, formatting issues, and technical content discrepancies.
  • Perform regular content audits to ensure outdated, duplicate, or irrelevant content is updated or removed.
  • Collaborate with developers to test and validate content across different devices, browsers, and screen sizes.
  • Conduct usability testing to ensure a seamless user experience and suggest improvements.
  • Track content performance and user feedback to refine quality control processes.


Requirements

  • Experience with CMS Platforms Proficiency in managing content within a CMS, including publishing, updating, and ensuring accuracy.
  •  Strong Attention to Detail Ability to verify content accuracy, ensure appropriateness, and prevent data leaks.
  • Content Editing & Rewriting Skills Experience in rephrasing content while maintaining its original meaning and adapting it for different clients.
  • Fast-Paced Work Adaptability Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple client content updates.
  • Data Security Awareness Understanding of confidentiality and best practices to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
  • Basic HTML & Formatting Knowledge Familiarity with formatting content within a CMS, including handling images, links, and metadata.
  • Strong Communication Skills Ability to follow client-specific guidelines and collaborate with the team for consistency.
  • Problem-Solving & Initiative Ability to handle unexpected content challenges, identify potential risks, and maintain quality control.
