Role Overview:
As our Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns across platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement through strategic partnerships with influencers and content creators. Experience in the B2B side of iGaming is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies across Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain relationships with gaming influencers and content creators.
  • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, negotiation, contracts, content briefs, and reporting.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content, creative, product, and performance marketing to align messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on influencer trends, social media developments, and platform algorithm changes.
  • Provide competitive analysis and insights on market trends within the influencer and iGaming space.
  • Assist with B2B marketing initiatives where relevant, such as affiliate collaborations, events, or digital campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven marketing experience working with Twitch streamers, YouTubers, TikTokers, and Instagram influencers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and partnerships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer campaign tools and analytics platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience or network within the B2B iGaming industry (e.g., affiliate marketing, platform providers, operators).
