Senior 2D Illustrator (iGaming)

We are looking for a highly creative Illustrator to join our iGaming team and help craft visually engaging and commercially successful game experiences. Beyond execution, this role is about thinking, bringing fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to game concepts and pushing visual boundaries in a competitive market. 

You will be responsible for the full visual lifecycle of assets, from early ideation and exploration to final production-ready delivery. 

Responsibilities 

• Create high-quality 2D illustrations for game assets, including characters, environments, symbols, backgrounds, and UI elements. 
• Contribute to game concept development with original, creative visual ideas. 
• Translate game concepts and mechanics into clear, engaging visual solutions. 
• Rapidly prototype visual styles and themes during early production stages. 
• Collaborate closely with Product managers, designers, animators, and developers to ensure assets are production-ready. 
• Prepare clean, well-structured source files optimized for animation. 
• Adapt to different art styles depending on game theme (cartoon, semi-realistic, stylized, etc.). 
• Contribute to visual research and help push the quality bar across projects. 

Requirements 

• Solid portfolio showcasing illustration skills, composition, color, and shape 
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 
• Experience creating assets for casino games or similar casual/mobile games. 
• Ability to work across different visual styles : from clean and minimal to rich and highly detailed. 
• Good eye for readability and hierarchy, especially for small-screen/mobile contexts. 
• Comfortable with both hand-crafted illustration and AI-assisted workflows (e.g., MidJourney or similar tools). 
• Ability to balance creativity with production constraints. 
• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement. 
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail. 

Nice to Have 

• Understanding of game UI/UX principles. 
• Ownership mindset: you take ideas from concept to final delivery. 
• Previous experience in iGaming products. 
• Experience collaborating with remote teams.
