Logistics Manager Assistant

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Manager Assistant to support a logistics company. The role involves making high-volume calls daily to drivers and assisting the logistics manager with various tasks. 

Setup:

• Office-based

• Php 175 / hour
• HMO (after 6 months)

Requirements:

• At least B2 English proficiency (Verbal and Written)
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Call Center Agent, voice campaigns.
• Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in managing E-commerce or Logistics accounts. Experience working for Amazon or Alibaba brands will be a huge plus!
• Must be willing to handle large call volumes both inbound and outbound.
