Details:

• Rate: 150 PHP/hour
• HMO: After 6 months
• Work set-up: Office-based
• Weekly workload: 40hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries (chat, calls, emails) regarding their concerns.
• Assist customers and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
• Has knowledge and experience in patient care or related work.
• Ability to communicate and foster positive physician and patient relationships.
