Customer Service Representative (Voice)

Speak Success into Every Call: We're hiring Customer Service Voice Representatives to be the voice of excellence. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Others:

• Rate: 150 PHP/hour
• HMO: After 6 months
• Work set-up: Office-based
• Weekly workload: 40hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle a volume of incoming calls, ensuring each customer receives prompt and effective resolution.
• Act as a knowledgeable resource, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
• Document customer interactions and details accurately in our system for future reference.
• Strive to meet and exceed customer service performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role specifically calls
• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication is essential for success in this role.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: A genuine passion for customer service and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to evolving customer service processes.
• Proven ability to analyze information, identify issues, and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Basic proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
