Be the force behind exceptional service! We're hiring Non Voice Customer Service Representatives to bring precision and efficiency to customer interactions.

  • Rate: 150 PHP/hour
  • HMO: After 6 months
  • Work set-up: Office-based
  • Weekly workload: 40hrs/week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via chats, texts, and emails.
  • Tracking orders and doing follow-ups with couriers relating to customers' demands.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex problems.
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.
  • At least 1 year of experience handling subscription/retail/e-commerce support campaigns.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience using Zendesk, CRMs, or any related tool.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
