Risk & Compliance Associate - Special Projects

Rate: $5 per hour

Work Setup: Office-based

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize existing client KYC ("Know Your Client") documentation.
• Prepare client KYC confirmation records within Salesforce.
• Review returned records, determining approval or necessary updates.
• Manage and sort project documentation, ensuring delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in critical meetings and provide updates to project leaders.
• Collaborate with client-facing representatives, addressing questions on documentation, client feedback, and project metrics.
• Initiate tickets for Salesforce Technicians in case of project process disruptions.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with KYC processes, compliance, and project documentation.
• Review, organize, and update client KYC records in Salesforce.
• Work with client-facing teams and provide timely project updates.
• Address process disruptions and escalate issues as needed.
• Manage and distribute documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
