Job Description:
- Provide detailed information about Suntransfers via phone, live chat, and email (pricing, availability, etc.)
- Handle bookings and payments, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Support customers and suppliers during transfers, resolving any issues that arise
- Address complaints effectively, aiming to turn negative experiences into positive one
