Merchant Services (MS) Fulfillment Support Specialist - POS Project

Rate: $5 per hour

Work Setup: Office-based

Responsibilities:

Ensure Complete Onboarding Readiness

  • Review all onboarding information to confirm it is complete and that the club is prepared for migration. If any details are missing, collaborate with internal teams to gather the required information.

Client Onboarding to Worldpay

  • Set up the client on Worldpay using the Salesforce API or the Merchant Onboarding tool within the Commerce Payment Gateway (CPG).

POS Configuration

  • Configure the POS Merchant Identification (MID) and Terminal settings in the CPG system to ensure proper functionality.

Account and Settings Configuration

  • Set up the appropriate POS bank account, establish the deposit schedule, apply the POS rates, and configure the chargeback email setting in Commerce Transact (CT).

Post-Migration Updates

  • After migration, finalize the setup by configuring the monthly POS rates and deactivating the client's existing POS account.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years experience in POS systems, merchant services, or client onboarding.
  • Proficient with Salesforce API, Commerce Payment Gateway (CPG), and Commerce Transact (CT).
  • Ensure complete onboarding readiness and accurate configuration.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve missing or incomplete information.
