We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Content Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of the English language, and bring expertise in marketing, with a focus on collaborating with our creative team to produce promotional and content-based emails. The Marketing Coordinator will also focus on setting up automated customer journeys that provide a personalized experience to segments of our customers.

  • Rate: 40,000 to 50,000 php
  • Work set-up: Office-based
  • Weekly workload: 40hrs/week


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content trends.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for storytelling, photography, design, or a related field is a plus.
  • Great Communication Skills.
  • Willing to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

  • Email Briefs
    • Develop comprehensive email briefs for the creative team, summarizing key details such as target audience, email goals, relevant product categories (e.g., travel, wedding), and insights to enhance performance.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their email requirements and provide guidance on effective email strategies.
  • Customer Journey Support
    • Assist in the implementation of customer journeys by updating existing and creating new lifecycle programs in our email platform, Iterable.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of email campaigns within overall marketing strategies.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Support product, partner, and brand teams with their email campaigns by facilitating effective briefings and coordinating email schedules. 
    • Act as a liaison between teams and the creative department, ensuring smooth communication and execution of email requests.

    • Reporting and Quality Assurance
      • Update weekly email reports in Google Sheets, providing insights into key performance indicators. 
      • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on all emails, landing pages, and articles to identify and rectify errors or issues before deployment.
      • Data QA - Look for major inconsistencies when reviewing performance numbers
    • Coupon Code Management
      • Create and manage coupon codes for various promotional campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing strategies.

    • Push Notifications and SMS
      • Set up weekly push notifications and SMS messages, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective communication.
