About the Role
Our client, a well-established property investment and management business, is looking to hire a Personal Assistant to support the Director across multiple business interests. This is a fast-paced and varied role, offering excellent exposure to the property sector and wider business operations.
Working closely with the Director, the successful candidate will be involved in a mix of personal support, office management, and property-related administration, making this an ideal opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to take on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Director Support
- Assisting with general personal administration (e.g. travel, insurance, ad hoc tasks)
- Providing day-to-day support as required
Office & Business Support
- Diary and email management
- General office administration
- Supporting project management workflows
- Maintaining accurate and organised documentation
Property & Project Support
- Assisting with oversight of the property portfolio
- Liaising with property management teams to track progress and produce reports
- Supporting project management of developments, including liaising with surveyors and valuers
- Assisting with drafting planning applications
- Monitoring correspondence and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Stakeholder coordination and communication
Requirements
- Some exposure to property and/or finance preferred, or a strong willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and able to think ahead
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good communication skills and a hands-on approach
Hours, Salary & Location
- Full-time, office-based role
- Location: North West London (Temple Fortune)
- Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 (depending on experience)
