Commercial Property Manager Central London

Our client, an established firm of commercial property consultants, is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their Central London office due to continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled property professional to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across Greater London. The role is office-based with occasional site visits.

The ideal candidate will be RICS qualified with strong experience in commercial property management, particularly in rent reviews. However, candidates with solid commercial property management experience who are not RICS qualified will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of commercial properties within the portfolio
  • Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports
  • Handle landlord and tenant queries, including management issues
  • Manage rent collection, arrears, and insurance processes
  • Prepare and manage service charge budgets
  • Identify and implement asset management opportunities
  • Work closely with the Agency team to minimise voids
  • Manage Landlord & Tenant matters, including rent reviews and lease renewals
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance across the portfolio

Requirements

  • Strong experience in commercial property management (RICS qualification preferred but not essential)
  • Based within commuting distance of Central London
  • Full UK drivers license
  • Professional manner with strong communication skills
  • Good IT and written communication skills

Job Details

  • Permanent, full-time role
  • Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Working hours: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
  • Office-based with occasional site visits
