Property Project Manager
Our client, a reputable property management company, is seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Property Project Manager to oversee and execute larger-scale property projects. This role involves close collaboration with the directors to ensure seamless project execution, covering Section 21 works, major repairs, and property refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and manage major property projects, including Section 21 works, significant repairs, and refurbishment efforts.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring each stage progresses smoothly and meets established milestones.
- Manage project budgets effectively, working with contractors and suppliers to achieve cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
Director Collaboration
- Work closely with directors to align project objectives with company goals and obtain insights on key project decisions.
- Regularly report to directors on project progress, budget status, and any potential risks or issues.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring work adheres to company standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with property inspectors and regulatory bodies to maintain full regulatory compliance.
Resource Coordination
- Source and manage necessary contractors, suppliers, and resources for each project phase.
- Oversee contractor performance, maintaining productive relationships to ensure timely, high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field, with knowledge of property project processes.
- Strong project management abilities, including budget control, timeline management, and resource coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and independent, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
