We are working with a client-side property company in Central London that is looking to hire a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio made up primarily of high-end retail and office properties, with a smaller element of industrial assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take real ownership of their portfolio and progress their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day tenant relationships and ensuring lease terms are upheld

• Overseeing repairs, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

• Preparing and managing service charge budgets, rent collection, and cost control

• Managing lease events, including renewals and rent reviews

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant property legislation and regulations

• Advising on asset management strategies to enhance value

• Overseeing insurance matters, emergency procedures, and risk management

• Using property management software to track performance and provide regular updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial property management

• Ideally MRICS qualified or currently undertaking the APC

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Confident managing a varied portfolio and dealing with tenants, contractors, and professional advisors
