Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience, demonstrating expert knowledge of the company's products.
  • Manage customer service and operations processes effectively.
  • Accurately log and maintain customer service cases using internal systems.
  • Handle customer service and operations data with precision and attention to detail.

About You

  • Experience: At least 1 year in customer service or customer experience roles, ideally within an e-commerce or retail setting. Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is essential.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality data and systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Resilience and positivity to adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic retail sector.
