Administrator
An established and growing financial services business is seeking a bright and capable Administrator to support their Mortgage and Insurance team. This role would suit someone with previous experience in insurance, mortgages, legal, or accountancy administration, and a keen interest in financial services, training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration, including filing, shredding, answering calls, and managing client queries
- Entering commissions into accounting software (training provided)
- Writing suitability letters for life insurance, health insurance, and mortgage products
- Supporting the business in adhering to FCA regulations and compliance standards
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across systems
- Managing new business and renewals processes
- Obtaining and collating insurance quotes
- Completing application forms and following up with providers
- Ensuring timely processing of renewals
- Identifying opportunities to cross-sell to existing clients
Requirements
- Previous office experience is essential
- Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and work independently
- Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous
- Knowledge of insurance and/or financial services is beneficial (not essential)

Other Details:
- Location: NW4, North-West London
- Salary: £29,000 £33,000 per annum, depending on experience
- Hours: Full time, 9:00am 5:00pm
