Employment: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Our client, a specialist financial lender, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support the Director across multiple business functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to finance, property investment, and project coordination, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including diary and email management, property administration, and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

For the Director:

  • Managing general life admin such as insurance and travel.
  • Handling ad hoc personal tasks as required.

For the Business Operations:

  • Diary and email management for the Director.
  • Overseeing office administration and project workflows.
  • Organising and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Assisting with property management tasks, including liaising with surveyors and valuers.
  • Tracking investment progress and managing reports, including service charge analysis.
  • Drafting and monitoring planning applications and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders and property management teams.

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in PA, administration, property, or finance is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
