Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
Our client, a specialist financial lender, is seeking a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator to support the Director across multiple business functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to finance, property investment, and project coordination, working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities, including diary and email management, property administration, and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
For the Director:
- Managing general life admin such as insurance and travel.
- Handling ad hoc personal tasks as required.
For the Business Operations:
- Diary and email management for the Director.
- Overseeing office administration and project workflows.
- Organising and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Assisting with property management tasks, including liaising with surveyors and valuers.
- Tracking investment progress and managing reports, including service charge analysis.
- Drafting and monitoring planning applications and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Coordinating with stakeholders and property management teams.
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in PA, administration, property, or finance is beneficial.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
