Our client, a well-established roofing and gutter repair company, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to help grow the business by securing new clients and getting onto preferred contractor lists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities, targeting managing agents and estate agents.
• Get the company added to preferred contractor lists to secure ongoing work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to ensure a steady flow of jobs.
• Focus on sales and client management—no involvement in job operations or project execution.
• Track sales activities and provide regular updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within a property-related or trade service industry.
• Ability to generate and convert leads independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
