Office Administrator
A growing property services company based in Hendon is looking to hire an Office Administrator to support the Operations Manager and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
This is a straightforward, office-based admin role focused on communications, scheduling, and general operational support. It would suit someone organised, reliable, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Booking and scheduling jobs
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to ensure work is coordinated smoothly
- Updating systems, trackers, and job records
- General office administration to support the wider team and keep operations running efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an office-based admin or administrative role
- Confident communicator, both verbal and written
- Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and basic office systems
- Organised, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and professional
Hours, Salary & Location
- Full-time, Monday to Friday (Early Finish Friday)
- Office-based role
- Location: North West London
- Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
