We are seeking a Marketing Manager to work for one of our clients in the Distribution industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and increase sales for the distribution company.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and sales strategies to support business objectives.
• Manage and oversee the company's marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive team success.
• Stay update on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the distribution industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovative marketing solutions.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and digital marketing tools.

• Monday- Friday (7:00 am- 4 pm)
