Our client is seeking a Quality Surveyor who is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects to meet established quality standards and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Collaborate with teams to develop effective quality control plans.

• Monitor construction processes and propose improvements for adherence to specifications.

• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for projects.

• Conduct audits and inspections, addressing non-conformances.

• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.

• Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities.

• Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  
• Preferably 2 years of experience as a Quality Surveyor in general building and civil engineering, Fresh Grads are welcome!
  

• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and relevant regulations.
