We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Recruitment Researcher (Contract) supporting our team of Consultants, to recruit for a variety of positions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for various roles
Tactfully headhunt and source for both passive and actively-looking candidates through various channels
Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
Screen and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles based on their skills, experience, and qualifications
Work closely with the recruitment team to conduct candidate screening/interviews and formatting their cvs
Participate in recruitment meetings with consultants and provide recommendations on suitable candidates
Analyse recruitment market trends and conduct Business Development research into new segments and clientele
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment practices, and new sourcing methods
Additional sourcing duties as assigned by the consultant

Requirements:
Diploma from a recognised institution
Strong interest in sales and recruitment
Strong bilingual communication skills to communicate with candidates located regionally
Able to multitask effectively while juggling multiple ongoing roles
Comfortable communicating effectively over the phone
Ambitious self-starter who is able to meet targets and deadlines
Previous experience as a researcher in a recruitment firm will be an added advantage
