Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the onboarding process for newly hired employees, and orientate them on policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain digital P-files for employees and their documents and benefits.
  • Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
  • Manage the payroll process with the payroll vendor to ensure a smooth salary payment cycle every month.
  • Coordinate with Payroll Vendor/ Government Authority on all government-related matters such as Labor Market Survey, IR21 and IR8A submission to Tax Authority, etc.
  • Medical insurance and benefits administration including registration for new employees and updating the leavers on a monthly basis.
  • Handle all necessary reporting, i.e. headcount, annual leave, etc.
  • Manage the off-boarding process for leavers which includes work pass cancellation (if required), notification email, exit letter, and returning of office equipment, etc.
  • Custodian of employee data management in HRIS system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
  • Plan, coordinate, and drive HR events programs/initiatives on employee engagement and maintain an agenda. Be the Employee Engagement Champion! 
  • Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, initiatives, and procedures within the local statutory requirements.
  • Constantly identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to HR operations for greater efficiency and productivity gain.
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks and projects when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
  • At least 1 years working experience
  • Strong communication skills needed
