Technical IT Business Analyst

Our client, a leading semiconductor company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst with a strong background in both ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry. The successful candidate will play a critical role in improving and streamlining our business processes within the semiconductor environment utilizing ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements for ServiceNow and semiconductor initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement ServiceNow and semiconductor solutions
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and increased efficiency in both ServiceNow and semiconductor processes
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, production, quality control, and supply chain teams
• Provide training and support for end-users on ServiceNow and semiconductor processes and systems
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceNow and the semiconductor industry
• Proven experience with ServiceNow and similar software systems such as BMC software and SolarWinds
• Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service, sales, production, quality control, and supply chain management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
