About the job HR Executive
Job description
The role will play a critical role in implementing and supporting the HR Operations of an Employer of Choice in the Logistics and Manufacturing industry. As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR function and assist in payroll related matters such as processing overtime calculations for the logistics team
- Administer the recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, grievance, and off-boarding processes
- Maintain, upkeep of employees records/personal files to ensure proper documentations into HR systems
- Administer MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation and other related matters
- Support line managers in the induction and on-boarding of new employees
- Work with COE Talent and business stakeholders on training and development activities Partner with internal/external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives.
- Coordinate and support all learning programs/activities for different levels of the organization
- Update all training records timely in the learning management system
- Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.
- Participate in tracking HR KPIs like Employee Satisfaction and Turnover Rate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Learning attitude with Good Work Ethics
- 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist/operations roles and responsibilities
- Knowledge of HR policies and practices, labor laws, and regulations
- Experience in using HRMS software and tools (e.g. SAP, Workday, QuickHR, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about HR and committed to continuous learning and development.
