About the Position

The role is responsible for analyzing and improving operational systems, workflows, and methods to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction, while ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective utilization of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Designing equipment layout, workflows, and safety measures to maximize efficiency and safety.
  2. Implementing best practices across operations.
  3. Establishing a robust process foundation and data integrity to support process improvement.
  4. Contributing to re-engineering and continuous improvement, including root cause analysis, solution development, implementation, and corrective action plans.
  5. Coordinating building moves, equipment installation and removal, and layout.
  6. Developing performance metric reports.
  7. Identifying and investigating opportunities to improve processes and procedures.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Extensive knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts and broad industry best practices, techniques, and standards.
  2. Ability to solve complex problems through in-depth evaluation of variables.
  3. Independent work with discretion and judgment.
  4. Representing the organization in assignments and projects and coordinating work between departments or organizations.
  5. Decisions may impact the organization and failure to accomplish work may hinder crucial goals.

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  2. AutoCAD and drawing experience required.
  3. Background in data analysis, engineering, and management summary reporting is preferred.

Education and Certification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent
