Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. This role will play a vital role in ensuring that the company has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements and company culture
  • Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background checks
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact through to onboarding
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the job market and recruiting trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software is a plus
