Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent for the organization. This role will play a vital role in ensuring that the company has the right people in the right roles to achieve its goals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to attract top talent
- Source and identify potential candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates against job requirements and company culture
- Coordinate and conduct reference checks and background checks
- Manage the entire hiring process, from initial contact through to onboarding
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in recruiting
- Strong understanding of the job market and recruiting trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software is a plus
