Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, a deep understanding of the job market, and the ability to develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Use a variety of recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent
  • Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting
  • Strong understanding of the job market and recruiting trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
