Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, a deep understanding of the job market, and the ability to develop relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Use a variety of recruiting tools and platforms to identify and attract top talent
- Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of success in recruiting
- Strong understanding of the job market and recruiting trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
