Job Responsibilities
- Prepare the onboarding process for newly hired employees, and orientate them on policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
 - Maintain digital P-files for employees and their documents and benefits.
 - Responsible for work pass administration such as work pass applications, renewal, cancellation, and issuance
 - Manage the payroll process with the payroll vendor to ensure a smooth salary payment cycle every month.
 - Coordinate with Payroll Vendor/ Government Authority on all government-related matters such as Labor Market Survey, IR21 and IR8A submission to Tax Authority, etc.
 - Medical insurance and benefits administration including registration for new employees and updating the leavers on a monthly basis.
 - Handle all necessary reporting, i.e. headcount, annual leave, etc.
 - Manage the off-boarding process for leavers which includes work pass cancellation (if required), notification email, exit letter, and returning of office equipment, etc.
 - Custodian of employee data management in HRIS system, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
 - Plan, coordinate, and drive HR events programs/initiatives on employee engagement and maintain an agenda. Be the Employee Engagement Champion!
 - Generate official internal documents such as offer letters, promotion letters, etc.
 - Ensure compliance with HR policies, initiatives, and procedures within the local statutory requirements.
 - Constantly identifies and communicates areas of improvement related to HR operations for greater efficiency and productivity gain.
 - Performs other ad hoc tasks and projects when required.
 
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
 - At least 1 years working experience
 - Strong communication skills needed
