Responsibilities:
Identify prospects and sell construction materials products and services, fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Stay informed on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvements or new offerings.
Identify and sell prospects, cultivating strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Assess prospects' positions in the industry and analyze sales options to identify potential business opportunities.
Establish contact with prospects, build relationships, and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
Provide support, information, and guidance to clients, researching and suggesting new opportunities, profit enhancements, and service improvements.
Understand basic shop drawings by analyzing and summarizing information provided.
Prepare claims by collecting relevant information and supporting documentation.
Uphold organization standards to ensure the delivery of quality service to clients.
Enhance professional and technical knowledge by attending meetings and visiting project sites.
Contribute to the team's success by achieving related results and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
Requirements:
Strong sales prowess with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
Strong ability to identify business opportunities
Demonstrated understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Commitment to delivering quality service and upholding organization standards.
Team-oriented mindset, contributing to team success and collaborating effectively
