You will play a key role in improving and streamlining our business processes through the innovative use of CRM solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document business requirements for CRM initiatives
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
  • Recommend process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of CRM systems
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
  • Provide training and support for end-users on CRM processes and systems
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM software
  • Proven experience with CRM software and related systems
  • Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
