About the job IT Support Executive
Job Description
Our client is looking for someone that has a keen eye for detail, so as to spot any issues in the equipment and efficiently and effectively fix them, and he/she has the ability to prioritize what is more important or urgent.
As part of the IT support crew, you will need to be flexible in your time and be able to follow a strict schedule. Having good speaking skills will also be a plus as you will need to be able to effectively communicate with employees across the company in order to fix their issues.
Role Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology
Possibly training more junior staff members
