About the job Administrations Executive
Centralised Work Location in the Heart of the City!
We are looking for a Part Time Administrations Coordinator to support the general administration of the Recruitment Team at Spearing Executive Search.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead posting of job advertisements across all platforms
- Liaising with vendors and candidates for administrative and contractual matters
- Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team including preparation of interviews, data entry, digital filing and office supply procurement
- Support in researching of new government policies that may benefit the company or their clientele
- Coordinate schedules and meetings with internal and external parties
- Other administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcomed!
- Great at Multitasking and Resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed and Willing to Learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
