Product Designer

We are looking for someone who can:

• Understand the requirements based on information from internal teams, user research, and partner's feedback.
• Plan and perform user interviews, usability testing, and other user research methods, whenever applicable.
• Brainstorm, critique, build wireframes / prototype / visual design, and present it to the team.
• Collaborate with other design team members to allow consistent and accurate communication.
• Build a design system to ensure consistent visual design throughout the mobile apps.
• Refine and enhance existing user experience.
• Articulate design concepts and ideas to cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.
• Work closely with FE developers and assist when needed.
• Stay up to date on current industry trends in mobile applications.
• Stay up-to-date with new industry trends in mobile application

What you need to be successful in this role:

• Diploma or above in Design, or relevant field.
• Passion for design and creative problem-solving.
• Experience is optional. We are open to working with fresh graduates or anyone who has just started their career in Product Design.
• Knowledge of design programs, like Figma, Sketch, or other relevant design tools.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to the team.
• Able to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced agile environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively and respectfully with cross-functional team members.
• Experience in Financial Services or Fintech is a plus.
• Experience in designing mobile apps is a plus.
• Experience in using After Effects is a plus.
• Working familiarity and understanding of the back end and regulation in banking is a plus.
