Our client is looking for a Quality Control Engineer with a great eye for detail and a knack for organisation.

Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, your role is to ensure that our client's suppliers are delivering the best quality possible. You will be responsible for managing and identifying suppliers, as well as overseeing their performance.

You'll lead them through the First Article Submission process, ensuring uninterrupted supplies of materials and services You'll need to be able to foster strong relationships with your suppliers, so that you can communicate our client's needs clearly and effectively.

What's your day to day?

  1. Lead and Drive First Article Submission for new and existing suppliers by creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured inspection plans.
  2. Lead and Audit quality performance reviews of existing suppliers
  3. Maintain good relationships with stake holders and customers
  4. Manage Customer and Third Party inspection of products/parts
  5. Develop and Maintain a Product Quality Control Plan

The ideal candidates should have:
  1. Degree in Technical/Engineering course preferably in Mechanical Engineering
  2. Results-driven, Customer Centric and Decisive
  3. Fluent both in oral and written English communication
  4. 5 years of working on the same field (Experience in Oil and Gas manufacturing is an advantage.)
