Senior Business Analyst

Job Overview:

The role involves collaborating with business partners and customers to gather their requirements during the implementation and improvement of processes in the client's ERP software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilizing knowledge of ERP architecture to identify changes/additions to system interfaces, functional behavior and data requirements.
2. Working with customers to define requirements and ensuring they are in line with system guidelines.
3. Analyzing functional requirements and leading cross-functional team meetings to resolve business or systems issues.
4. Documenting business requirements and system specifications.
5. Translating business needs into system requirements, reviewing with development team for design and development.

Requirements:

1. 5 years experience in Business Analytics positions
2. Knowledge of IT Management, HR Service Delivery and JavaScript.
3. Proficiency in UAT, Microsoft Excel, ITSM, Business Analysis, System Design, Enterprise Architecture, Business Intelligence Tools, project management, Virtual Learning, and Business Requirements.
